  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are open from 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, and from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, our business hours are from 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
  • Do you have attendants on duty to assist customers?
    Yes, we have friendly and helpful attendants on duty during all operating hours. They are happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
  • Are your machines environmentally friendly?
    Yes, all of our machines are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. We use state-of-the-art equipment that uses less water and energy than traditional machines.
  • Do you offer a pickup and delivery service?
    Not at this time, but, we will be launching and offering a convenient pickup and delivery laundry service soon. Join our mailing list to be notified.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept EBT, cash, credit card, debit card, apple pay, and android pay.
  • Do you offer free WiFi?
    Yes, we offer free WiFi for all of our customers.
  • Are your facilities clean and well-maintained?
    Yes we pride ourselves on being the cleanest laundromat in New York City. Our facilities are regularly cleaned and well-maintained to ensure a pleasant experience for our customers. Plus, our machines are hygienic and self-sanitizing and provide medical-grade sanitization for your clothes for each wash.
  • How much does it cost to use your machines?
    Our prices vary depending on the size of the machine you choose. You can find our pricing list in-store.
  • Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
    Yes, we offer various discounts and promotions throughout the year. Be sure to follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on our latest offers.
  • Can I use my own detergent and fabric softener?
    Yes, you are welcome to use your own detergent and fabric softener. However, we also offer high-quality laundry products for purchase in-store.
  • Are your locations accessible to people with disabilities?
    Yes, all our location is accessible to people with disabilities. We have wide doorways, and other accommodations to ensure that everyone can use our facilities.
  • What should I do if a machine is out of order?
    If you encounter a machine that is out of order, please inform one of our attendants, and they will assist you in finding a working machine. If we are unable to repair the machine in a timely manner, we will issue a refund or credit for the affected machine.
  • Can I leave my laundry unattended while it's washing or drying?
    We strongly discourage customers from leaving their laundry unattended while it's washing or drying. While our locations are safe and secure, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend that customers stay on-site while their laundry is being washed or dried
