Introducing Jake, our founder and fearless leader – a business-savvy entrepreneur with a flair for real estate and an unstoppable drive. Jake dove headfirst into the world of real estate sales & leasing at a young age, nabbed his real estate license at just 18, and launched Gateway Builders when he was a mere 19 years old. Under his expert guidance, Gateway Builders skyrocketed into a multi-million dollar construction powerhouse, leaving its mark on the NYC skyline.
Now, Jake's got his sights set on a new frontier: revolutionizing the laundromat biz with Laundry House. Armed with a treasure trove of construction know-how and a versatile skillset, he's primed to steer us towards a bright future, establish a welcoming community hub, and create a new standard of cleanliness.
